As promised, here’s the third one-page script I wrote for Daredevil as a B-side for thoughtballoons.
Daredevil – Returns and Retributions – Ryan K Lindsay
1. Matt Murdock stands in front of a packed court house. There’s people sweating up in the stands, everyone is there.
Murdock: …expect us to believe she wanted you to bust up her chiffarobe?2. Murdock turns to the jury.
Murdock: You make a mockery…
Caption: Heart rates are dropping all over. The dead faces cause screams and panic.3. Murdock’s hand grips his cane tightly.
Caption: I can’t do a thing.4. We see people fleeing the court room and left behind are some seats with dead people in them. These dead bodies spell out THE GAEL.
Caption: Not a damn thing.
Caption: Yet.
If you haven’t read a comic with the Gael then you need to remedy that, stat.
